7th February 2025 Looking For a Garage:

Dear Quay 340 owners and residents,
My wife & I are looking for a garage space to share and/or rent if available. The main use would be to store our daughter's pram as we are on the top floor of China Court without lift access.
Ideally a location close to China Court would be great but we are flexible.

7th December 2024 Furniture and decorations needed:

We have just moved into Bridgeport Place and are in need of many furniture items and decorations (of all types) to decorate a newly renovated flat. Before we purchase new items, we wanted to ask the community if anyone is interested in selling or giving away unwanted furniture or decorations. All items will be considered with much gratitude.

By submitting a notice, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Notices from non-Quay 430 residents will not be accepted.

All notices will expire six months after submission.

To renew your notice, send an email to administrator@quay430.co.uk one day before your notice is due to expire.

If you would like to amend your notice, please send an email to administrator@quay430.co.uk stating exactly what has changed. Do not wait for your notice to expire, or resend the notice in its entirety.

If you sell the advertised item or the notice is no longer valid, please send an email to administrator@quay430.co.uk so that the notice can be deleted from the website.

All notices are subject to checking for validity before acceptance. It is your responsibility to check that you have the right to advertise any item. Please note that we reserve the right to publish or remove notices at our sole discretion.

All transactions resulting from a notice or advertisement are entirely private between the buyer and seller. The Quay 430 Notice Board is provided for Quay 430 residents convenience only and neither Quay 430 Management Limited or its agents takes any responsibility for the correctness of the notice, the description of the item for sale of any other aspect of the notice.

Notices are processed as soon as possible after the time of submission. However, due to other business constraints, your patience is appreciated and there is no need to enquire as to the status.
